Made-to-Order Items Most of our products are made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at igm.co413@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.

Non-Returnable Items All sale items and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
