Processing & Production Time: Since most of our products are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you place your order and may vary based on your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages: IGM413 Creative Co. LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to us.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at igm.co413@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to make it right.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
